1.Warranty:

Q: What’s the general after-sales policy of SOCMA products? 

A: Generally, SOCMA provides one-year or 2000working hour warranty for the machine but doesn’t provide service either maintenance or repairing to its customer. The authorized local dealer needs to do the routine maintenance for end user. For the end user customer would need to do the maintenance by themselves or any other third-party workshop. Once the machine has any problem within warranty range SOCMA would provide related spare parts free of Charge. Customer would need to replace the parts by themselves or hire qualified third-party workshop. If the repairing job is out of customer’s capability SOCMA would send the technician to recover the machine. 

 

 

2.Training and technic support:

Q: How SOCMA provide technic support to its customer: 

A: SOCMA would provide onsite or online technic training for customer’s technician including the operation, maintenance and repairing. The onsite training fees is to be negotiated as per exact case. SOCMA can provides training to its global customer with good facilities and comfortable environment. SOCMA would provide online technic support at any time the customer need. If the machine has been disassembled because of logistic, SOCMA would provide installation plan and support.   

 

3.Spare Parts: 

Q: How and where to get the spare parts: 

A: SOCMA would provide customer with genuine spare parts for the machine lifetime. 

Firstly, For SOCMA overseas dealer, it’s required to have spare parts backup to guarantee the supply for end-user. For the end-user customer, SOCMA would propose a list of spare parts for backup. Normally it will be sufficient one year’s usage. 

Secondly, Most of SOCMA machine components are selected from universal and famous brand supplier, Normally the customer can get spare parts from the market.
